REGISTRATION
A deposit of $50 per person is required at the time you book, at which
time you will receive your invoice and pre-tour documentation. The remainder of the price
of your trip is due 30 days prior to your departure date If your reservation is made
within 30 days of departure, the entire price of the trip must be paid at the time of
confirmation.
REFUNDS
In general applicable penalties are as follow cancellations received more than 30 days
prior to departure, $50 per person cancellation fee. 29-15 days, $75 per person
cancellation fee 14 days or less, 100% of tour price.
MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS
If you have any medical problems, it's very important you let us know well
before departure. Trip leaders have the right to disqualify anyone at any time during the
trip if they feel the trip member is physically unable to continue, and/or if a trip
member's continued participation jeopardizes the group's or his or her own safety. Under
these circumstances refunds are not given.
Hospital facilities for serious problems are often unavailable and evacuation can be prolonged, difficult, and expensive. Hallenbeck Expeditions assumes no liability regarding provisions of medical care.
LEGAL LIMITATIONS
Hallenbeck Expeditions assumes no responsibility, however caused, for
injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting
directly from the following: * acts of God * detention * annoyance * theft * pilferage *
civil disturbances * strikes * failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart on
schedule. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes in the itinerary where deemed
advisable for the comfort and well being of its members.
IF WE CANCEL A TRIP
Hallenbeck Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any trip if sign-up is
inadequate to make the trip economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we
will give a full refund of land cost. However, Hallenbeck Expeditions is not responsible
for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip (e.g. purchase of
specialized equipment, clothing, or medical expenses).
